Judy joined the Otis Magie team in 1993 after 15 years working in a variety of roles for other agencies. Judy holds her CISR designation and works with a variety of risks from ski hill resorts to non-profits and small contractors. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere at Otis Magie, and appreciates being part of a well respected agency. |

Karen Hurtig

Karen joined Otis Magie in 1983 handling claims and moved to commercial lines in 1985. Prior to coming to Otis Magie, she was with Hartford Insurance Group from 1967 to 1983. Karen holds a CISR designation and concentrates on commercial lines. |

Kim began her insurance career in 2001 and spent four years working in commercial lines with another local company before joining the staff at Otis-Magie. She specializes in commercial lines and new business marketing. She appreciates the benefits of working with a large agency like Otis-Magie and the wide variety of markets they serve. |

Linda Nollett
Personal Lines Processor
Linda joined Otis-Magie in 2002, after having worked as a receptionist with another agency. She is currently certified for property and casualty lines of coverage and works with renewals, endorsements and cancellations. Linda thinks the people at Otis-Magie are fantastic to work with and appreciates the support provided by management and her co-workers. |

Judy Pauling
Claims Processor
Judy's insurance career began in the 1970s in Grand Marais. She has since moved to Duluth and joined the team at Al Robins Agency which ultimately brought her to Otis-Magie. Judy is licensed in Minnesota for property and casualty coverage and currently does claims processing for both personal and commercial lines of coverage. She has enjoyed being a part of the largest insurance agency north of the Twin Cities. She loves the Otis-Magie community and the way that knowledge and expertise are shared to make customer service the top priority. |

Pam Smith
Operations Manager
Pam joined the Otis-Magie team in 2004. Pam is responsible for all day to day operations as well as human resource functions for the agency. Pam also holds property and casualty licenses and has received her Human Resources Generalist certificate from UWS. Pam believes Otis-Magie is the best independent agency in Northern Minnesota because of their great staff. |

Jen joined the Otis Magie team in January 2005 and focuses primarily on personal lines processing. She received her property and casualty license in October 2006 and has enjoyed the team atmosphere at Otis Magie. |

Rhonda Nikunen
Commercial Lines Manager
Rhonda began her insurance career in 1987 as a Customer Service Assistance for Insurance Service Agency in Duluth, MN. In 1990, she took a position with RJA Companies in Eden Prairie, MN, as an Account Manager for commercial property & casualty insurance, focusing on marketing and customer relations.
In 1996, she joined Otis-Magie Insurance Agency, and is currently the Commercial Lines Manager. In addition to managing, she continues to focus on large commercial accounts, with an emphasis on marketing, risk analysis, and customer relations.
Rhonda earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1994.
Continued educational studies relating to insurance and business operations are an ongoing objective for Rhonda to meet the needs of the agency's clients. |
